To place an order:

1)    Return your Confirmation Sheet. Review for accuracy. Sign & date.

2)    Enclose or forward by check or call in your credit card to place the 50% deposit required on the Quote. (Remember the Final Price is based on the template not the Quote as the price could change at the time of Template from what actually is templated.)

3)    Forward all pertinent info. such as Install address, directions, all telephones, faxes, & e-mail addresses.

4)    Note your responsibilities at Template time & at Install time. Failure to do so could result in another charge!

5)    ALL orders will be reconciled for the final price at the end of the job & you will be informed to that final price. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON INSTALL!

The following information is necessary at the time of the template.

1-- Sink templates. ( the sink will be mounted to the top of counter at install, plumbing done by others.

2-- Faucet layout (or template)

3-- Stove or cook top cutout specifications (or template)

4-- Dishwasher location.

5-- Overhangs on counters.

6-- Normandeau Stone will require the designer or a representative to be present at the time of the template.

7-- Cabinets or mounting areas must be clean, level & secured without anything on top of cabinets.

The following is necessary at the time of the install.

1-- Cabinets must be clean, level & secured without anything on top of cabinets.

2-- All sinks and faucets must be on site.

3-- Cook tops or slide in stoves must be on site.

4-- All necessary support brackets must be in place.

5-- Normandeau Stone will require the designer or a representative to be present at the time of the install.
